HARDSHIP FUND
Sanctions and further separation from the rest of the world mean there are widespread job losses, increased homelessness and the price of everyday essentials have been increasing for ordinary Russians already in deep poverty.
Just £5 will make a difference
Food prices have increased by an average of 31% in Russia.

The crisis centres have 80+ mouths to feed. This figure is increasing steeply as the number of people in poverty worsens.
Some orphan mums we support are expected to survive on just £26 a week and some orphanage leavers just £17.50.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SURVIVE ON INCOMES THIS LOW IN RUSSIA. AFTER UTILITIES, THEY HAVE ALMOST NOTHING LEFT FOR FOOD.
We support these people groups with bursaries or regular funding for essentials and food.
To compensate for the steep increase in the cost of food, bursaries will need to be increased by £20 each month each.

"Without your support, it would be very difficult for us to simply feed all the people right now."
