A Tour Inside Legacy Lodge

As the structural work on Legacy Lodge nears completion, Alina gave us a tour, excitedly sharing what’s to come.
“This three-story building has so much potential! On the ground floor, we have a bright, spacious room for children’s parties and events, plus a dedicated space for preschool development, essential for the many teenage mothers here. A large kitchen will allow young people to learn cooking, and a cosy area will host teen gatherings.
On the second floor, we’re creating a computer classroom. With Dasha and I having primary education backgrounds and Artyom trained in computer science, we’ll ensure struggling students get the extra help they need. This space will also support children with special needs, with specialists like a speech therapist already involved. Next door, a counselling room will provide a safe space for young people to seek guidance. This floor also has crisis accommodation for abandoned children, with caring adults providing a home-like environment.
The unexpectedly spacious third floor will be perfect for a music studio and a creative space for our talented youth!
Legacy Lodge will be a place of fun, education, and refuge. Thank you to all who’ve helped - we still need support for computers and furnishings, but with prayers and God’s blessing, we’ll get there!”
