Critical Bank Update: Urgent Prayer Need

Bank Closure

Our Zempler bank account has been restricted and is being closed in August. Some supporters may receive letters from their bank saying that payments have not gone through and that our account has been closed. It is likely this is because of our ongoing work in Russia.

If this is you, you do not need to do anything. We simply wanted to inform and reassure you that we are actively dealing with the situation. If you would like, you could keep a record of the pledged donation amounts, and wait to transfer funds once we have access to a new bank account.

Please note that this will only affect donors who give to us via direct debit or standing order. If you wish to donate using our website, or using PayPal or Stewardship, your donation will not be affected.

The charity’s work continues and your prayers and support mean more to us than ever.

Donating through PayPal

We can still receive funds through PayPal. If you would like to donate in the short term, and would usually do so via standing order or direct debit, we recommend going through PayPal (www.paypal.com) and selecting "Love Russia Limited". We can pay some of our bills through PayPal.

Russian Projects Continue as Normal

We look forward to sending out a news bulletin about our project work in Russia.

Prayers

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued friendship with Love Russia.

We trust that God has a plan for Love Russia and that he will provide a way forward. (Psalm 142:1-2 and Proverbs 3:5-6).

We will provide an update as soon as we can.

If you would like to speak to someone personally, please contact us on 0115 983 1100 or at postmaster@loverussia.org .
