Over the years, we've experienced a range of reactions to our working charity name ‘Love Russia’. These reactions have ranged from people assuming we're a dating site to most often, and most saddening, some disapproval that we would want to help Russians.
The first is mildly amusing, the second highlights a serious problem that some find it hard to look beyond Russia’s reputation of difficult international relations and simply see that there are Russian people in need living in poverty and crisis.
